Dear Friends of Patriots,

For the past several years, Patriots has been slowly growing our Urban Farm Program. In 2024, we were able to fence off a part of the back end of the center to the west with a grant from the Howard Charitable Trust.  The Board of Directors approved calling this program the "Ruthie Fairchild Urban Farm" in memory of Ruthie Fairchild, an original Board member. Ruthie was the Outreach Director at Zion Lutheran Church and became a Master Gardener through a partnership with Farmer's Rising (formerly Angelic Organic Learning Center).

Join us May 29, 2025 as we will dedicate the space! The event will be in the early evening and ticket information will be coming out soon!
